Reduced Fat Double Layered Chocolate Pie

  1. Pour 2 cups milk into a medium bowl; add pudding mix.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer 1 minute (mixture will be thick).
  3. Spread mixture evenly into crust.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 tablespoon milk with an electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping on low speed.
  6. Spread over chocolate mixture; sprinkle with chocolate, if desired.
  7. Cover with dome; chill at least 3 hours before serving.
