Mom's Chocolate Eclair Cake

  1. Prepare the 3 small French Vanilla Pudding with half and half as you would for regular pudding.
  2. Mix in Cool Whip.
  3. Alternately layer graham crackers with pudding mix.
  4. Begin with crackers on the bottom, filling, crackers, filling, and crackers on top.
  5. Put in fridge over night to soften crackers.
  6. Frost in the morning with chocolate frosting.
  7. Keep chilled.
