Game-Day Football Cake

  1. Cake: Grease and flour 13x9-inch pan; set aside.
  2. Prepare cake batter and bake in prepared pan as directed on package, substituting coffee for the water.
  3. Cool 15 min.
  4. Remove cake from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
  5. Trim corners and sides from cake to resemble football.
  6. Reserve trimmings for snacking or other use.
  7. Cappuccino Pudding Frosting: Beat dry pudding mix, coffee and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  8. Stir in Cool Whip.
  9. Use 3 cups to frost Cake.
  10. Store cake and leftover frosting in refrigerator.
