Sausage And Potatoes

  1. In large
  2. baking
  3. pan,
  4. cut
  5. sausage
  6. links
  7. (keep them whole, do not slice, just separate from the ring).
  8. Peel, wash and
  9. slice potatoes
  10. into
  11. quarters.
  12. Place
  13. potatoes
  14. around sausage.
  15. Peel and
  16. slice
  17. onions into eighths.
  18. Place around sausage.
  19. If
  20. you are
  21. using
  22. the
  23. Italian tomatoes, break up tomatoes by
  24. squeezing and
  25. spread over sausage, potatoes and onions.
  26. Add enough
  27. water to cover the bottom of the pan and sprinkle the spices over all. Cover pan with foil and bake at 325u0b0 for 3/4
  28. of
  29. an
  30. hour. Remove
  31. the foil and bake for 1/2 hour, making sure
  32. there is water or sauce at bottom of pan so potatoes won't stick.
  33. Serves 4 to 6.
  34. Accompany with a tossed green salad and French or Italian bread.
