Eggs & Bread

  1. Dice bologna and brown in a skillet with a little oil or oleo.
  2. Break bread into bite size pieces in a bowl.
  3. Moisten with water.
  4. Beat eggs and pour over bread.
  5. Add to skillet and scramble with the bologna.
  6. Cook until eggs are set and slightly browned, stirring frequently.
