Barbecued Chicken and Veggie Kabobs

  1. Mix oil, vinegar and Chicken Seasoning in small bowl.
  2. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish.
  3. Add marinade and turn to coat well.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
  6. Alternately thread chicken cubes and vegetables onto skewers.
  7. Lightly sprinkle chicken and vegetables with additional Chicken Seasoning, if desired.
  8. Grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning frequently.
