Pork Chops in Cream Sauce

  1. Add 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, onion, ketchup, garlic and bouillon cube.
  2. Cover; simmer 30 to 40 min or til tender.
  3. Remove chops to serving platter, keep warm.
  4. In small bowl, combine flour with 1/4 cup water; slowly add to cooking liquid, stirring constantly.
  5. Cook til thickened.
  6. Stir in sour cream; heat thoroughly.
  7. DO NOT BOIL.
  8. Serve sauce over chops.
