Cheesy Tuna Twists

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cooked vegetables and garlic for 2 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Add soup to skillet, stirring until smooth.
  3. Gradually stir in milk. Add cheese, dash of pepper and nutmeg; heat until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in tuna and cooked macaroni.
  5. Heat through.
  6. Garnish with pimento.
  7. Makes 6 cups.
