Asian Marinade (Excellent For Ducks) Recipe

• 1/2 c. Soy sauce
• 1/2 c. Sherry or possibly port
• 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 x Onion chopped
• 1 Tbsp. Grated fresh ginger root
• 1 Tbsp. Grated tangerine or possibly orange rind
• 1 pch Salt or possibly to taste

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Marinate 2 ducks, cut into pcs, in mix for 4 to 12 hrs, as required.
