White Bean Dip
- 1 can (15 oz.) great Northern beans, rinsed
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. canned chopped green chiles
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- Heat oven 350F.
- Mash beans in large bowl.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream and chiles; mix well.
- Stir in 1-1/2 cups cheese; spread onto bottom of 8-inch casserole or ovenproof baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min.
- or until melted.
- Sprinkle with onions.
- Serve with RITZ Crackers and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
