Apple-Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookie Bake

• 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 2 apples, very thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Press cookie dough onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Bake 16 to18 min.
4. or until golden brown; cool completely.
5. Beat cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl with mixer until blended.
6. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
7. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.
8. Top with apples; drizzle with caramel topping.
