Bellini

• 1 quart puree of fresh peaches
• Sugar to taste
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 quarts chilled champagne

1. Sweeten the peaches to taste, stir in the lemon juice and put into a punch bowl.
2. Add the champagne and mix well.
