7 Step Chicken Curry
- 1 12 diced medium onions
- cube of grated ginger
- cube of minced garlic
- whole chicken, in pieces
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 small pinch fenugreek seeds, fennel and cumin seeds
- 1 heap spoon salt
- 3 -4 green chilies
- 3 -4 tomatoes (optional)
- 5 -6 small potatoes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- half teaspoon curry powder
- half teaspoon mixed curry powder
- 6 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 12 chili powder
- 1 handfull coriander leaves
- 1.
- Put oil in the pan and add fenugreek, fennel and cumin seeds.
- Then add ginger cube and fry.

- Add Minced Garlic and then onions and salt and green chilies, tomatoes and leave to soften for 5 minutes with lid on.
- 3.
- 1 Heap tablespoon of turmeric, Half teaspoons of curry, and mix powder.
- 6 teaspoons of Coriander Powder.
- 1 1/2 of chili powder and fry till spices are cooked.

- Add chicken pieces and stir with masala.
- Allow chicken to let moisture out and cook till dry on medium heat for around 25 30 minutes depending on your chicken pieces size.

- Once the chicken is cooked add potatoes and cook for 5 10 minutes depending on size of your potatoes with as little liquid as possible.
- 6.
- When the potatoes and semi cooked add water and fill to the brim of the pot and cook for 10 15 minutes.
- 7.
- Add coriander leaves to garnish and serve with rice.
