Hamaguri Clam Pasta

  1. Wash and prepare the hamaguri clams.
  2. Mince the garlic and onion.
  3. Chop the chili peppers.
  4. Boil the pasta.
  5. Put the olive oil, garlic, and chili peppers into the frying pan.
  6. When they become fragrant, add the clams.
  7. Pour in the white wine and cover with a lid.
  8. When the clams have opened, add the tuna and the shimeji mushrooms.
  9. Add the boiled pasta from Step 2, the butter, and the soy sauce.
  10. Entwine all the flavors with the pasta and it's finished.
