Sesame Soy Broccoli

  1. Place the broccoli in a steamer basket; place in a saucepan over about 1 inch of water.
  2. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Broccoli should be crisp tender.
  4. While broccoli is cooking, combine sugar, oil, soy sauce and vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Cook, stirring continuously until sugar is dissolved.
  6. Place broccoli to a serving bowl.
  7. Drizzle the sauce over the broccoli and then sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
