Chili Dogs

  1. Brown beef in a large, deep skillet until no longer pink.
  2. Add in garlic and onion, sauteing until soft.
  3. Add in tomato sauce, seasonings and spices, water and beans.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Cook on medium low for 1 hour or until chili begins to thicken.
  6. Prepare hot dogs according to package directions.
  7. Place hot dogs in buns and ladle chili over hot dogs.
  8. Pile high with cheese.
