Pink Lemonade Dessert Recipe
- 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn pink lemonade
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 lg. carton Cold Whip
- 50 Ritz crackers
- 1 cube soft butter
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- Blend together pink lemonade, Eagle Brand lowfat milk, and Cold Whip.
- Work crackers, butter, and powdered sugar together well.
- Press 2/3 of crumbs into 9x13 inch pan.
- Spread remaining ingredients over crumbs and sprinkle 1/3 of crumbs on top.
- This will keep well in refrigerator.
- May be made the day before.
