Chunky Guacamole

  1. Put the salt into a bowl and rub the garlic on the sides of the bowl to get a little garlic juice.
  2. Toss out the garlic.
  3. Add the jalapenos, cilantro, onion, cumin and black pepper to the bowl.
  4. Pound with the back of a spoon until watery.
  5. Stir in lemon or lime juice.
  6. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  7. Spoon out the flesh into a bowl.
  8. Mash slightly with a fork.
  9. Fold in the tomatoes.
  10. Check salt and lemon or lime juice for taste.
