Mediterranean Vegetable Salad
- 2-1/4 qt. Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
- 1 qt. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 qt. Canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
- 1 qt. red onions, finely chopped
- 3-1/3 cups Canned artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 qt. Canned roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
- 2-1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 cup KRAFT FREE Italian Dressing
- Toss all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
- Add dressing; mix lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
