Creamy Mustard Pork Chop Skillet

  1. Cook and stir apples, onions and garlic in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 min.
  2. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  3. Remove apples from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  4. Add chops to skillet; cook 4 min.
  5. on each side or until done (145 degrees F).
  6. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  7. Add all remaining ingredients to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  8. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is heated through.
  9. Serve chops topped with cream cheese sauce and apple mixture.
