Chicken Casserole

  1. Line a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish with bread slices.
  2. Put 2 or 3 cups chicken or more on bread.
  3. Cook mushrooms and put over chicken.
  4. Add water chestnuts.
  5. Dot with mayonnaise.
  6. Top with cheese slices.
  7. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  8. Pour over chicken.
  9. Mix soups and pimentos.
  10. Pour over all.
  11. Cook, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
  12. Sprinkle bread crumbs mixed with oleo on top.
  13. Broil until brown.
