Lime Ice Cubes

• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons lime cordial
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon liquid sugar cane
• 14 pomegranates or 100 pomegranate arils
• 1 kiwi, cut into small dice

1. Mix the water, lime cordial and lime juice.
2. Pour into two ice cube trays.
3. Place 5 or 6 arils and one kiwi dice in each cube compartment.
4. Freeze.
