Funky Heart Cheesecake

  1. Mix biscuit crumbs and butter and press into a buttered and lined 22cm spring form pan.
  2. Chill.
  3. Beat Philly*, sugar and lemon until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, sour cream and flour, beat until combined.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared crust, bake at 160C for 1 hour.
  6. Allow to cool in the oven (Cool 3 - 4 hours before serving).
  7. Garnish: Dust with cocoa and icing sugar.
