Barbecued Chicken(Light)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- Combine the first 8 ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure. Microwave, uncovered, at High for 1 1/2 minutes, or until mixture boils.
- Set aside.
- Arrange chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with thickest portions toward outside of dish.
- Cover with wax paper; microwave on High for 10 minutes.
- Drain drippings. Rearrange chicken.
- Brush with sauce.
- Cover; microwave on High 9 to 10 minutes, or until done.
- Rearrange and brush chicken with sauce after 5 minutes.
- Let stand 2 minutes.
- Serves 6, 163 calories per serving.
