Barbecued Chicken(Light)

  1. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure. Microwave, uncovered, at High for 1 1/2 minutes, or until mixture boils.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Arrange chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with thickest portions toward outside of dish.
  4. Cover with wax paper; microwave on High for 10 minutes.
  5. Drain drippings. Rearrange chicken.
  6. Brush with sauce.
  7. Cover; microwave on High 9 to 10 minutes, or until done.
  8. Rearrange and brush chicken with sauce after 5 minutes.
  9. Let stand 2 minutes.
  10. Serves 6, 163 calories per serving.
