Western-Style Flank Steak

  1. Pierce both sides of steak with fork; place in shallow dish.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over steak.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Grill steak 7 min.
  7. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  8. Cut across the grain into thin slices.
