Western-Style Flank Steak
- 1 beef flank steak (2 lb./900 g) Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- Pierce both sides of steak with fork; place in shallow dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients; pour over steak.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill steak 7 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
- Cut across the grain into thin slices.
