Biscotta Recipe
- 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 3 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon anise flavoring
- 1 1/3 sticks butter (softened)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
- Add in Large eggs, blend well.
- Add in anise flavoring.
- Mix flour and baking pwdr together.
- Mix well.
- Form dough on lightly greased cookie sheet (into long cylinder shape) and bake 20 to 25 min.
- Take out of oven.
- Slice diagonally and put back in oven for 5 min; cold.
- Drizzle cookies with thin powdered sugar glaze mixed with water and sprinkle with small candies.
