Fried onion balls

  1. Mix flour, water and all spices together.
  2. This makes a thick paste.
  3. Add in onions and with your hands, mix very well.
  4. Drop by small handfuls into oil that has reached 350F.
  5. As you go to drop in oil try to form as much of a ball shape as possible.
  6. Fry for about 3-4 minutes per side, these need to be turned while frying.
  7. You want to achieve a nice golden color and get onions tender.
  8. Drain on paper towel lined bowl or plate.
  9. Serve nice and warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
  10. I used my sriracha mayo.
