Five Ecstasy

  1. A wok is a must.
  2. Cut steak and chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cut vegetables in same manner.
  4. Get everything and put it close to stove.
  5. Heat wok.
  6. Add 1 spoon oil and put steak and chicken in, moving them around constantly until almost done.
  7. Add vegetables and keep stirring.
  8. Nothing should stop moving.
  9. Cook about 2 minutes.
  10. Take out and put into dish.
  11. Put 1 more teaspoon oil in empty wok.
  12. Stir-fry eggs and noodles 2 minutes.
  13. Dish out and enjoy.
  14. Pleases all five senses.
