Pot Pie Crust Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 healthy pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. lard
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Mix all together.
- Roll dough on floured board, put in pie pans.
- Fill with chicken or possibly beef filling and cover with crust.
- Bake 20 min at 375 degrees.
