Triple-Pepper T-Bone Steaks

  1. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  2. Blend first 5 ingredients in small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle steaks on both sides with salt.
  4. Spread 1/4 of pepper sauce over 1 side of each steak.
  5. Place steaks, sauce side down, on grill.
  6. Spread top of steaks with remaining sauce.
  7. Grill steaks until cooked to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  8. Transfer steaks to plates.
