Chocopraline Bundt Cake
- 12 cup butter
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (18 ounce) box devil's food cake mix
- 1 14 cups water
- 13 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Spray bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat with brown sugar and whipping cream Stir to combine.
- Cook until butter is melted.
- Pour into the bottom of bundt cake pan and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- In mixing bowl, combine cake mix with remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour over pecan mixture as evenly as possible.
- Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto cake plate.
