Honey Sesame Sherry Chicken Recipe
- 4 (8 ounce.) chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 3 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 ounce. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ounce. butter
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoon parsley, fresh, minced
- 1 healthy pinch rosemary
- 3 ounce. flour
- 4 ounce. honey
- 4 ounce. sherry wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in a saute/fry pan.
- Dredge chicken breasts in flour and saute/fry 3 min on each side.
- Place breasts on platter and set aside.
- Add in sesame seeds to pan and cook till browned.
- Add in garlic, honey, rosemary, and sherry.
- Reduce till honey-like consistency is formed.
- Stir in butter and place chicken back in pan.
- Add in parsley and toss till warm.
- To serve, place chicken on plates and pour sauce over each.
- Serve with rice pilaf or possibly potato pancakes.
- Serves: 4.
