Sweet Cream Cheese-Coconut Pops

  1. Process coconut in food processor 2 min.
  2. Add milk; process 2 min.
  3. Add cream cheese; process until smooth.
  4. Spoon into freezer-weight resealable plastic bag; seal bag.
  5. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe coconut mixture into 6 frozen pop molds.
  6. Insert pop stick into center of each mold.
  7. Freeze 5 hours or until firm.
