Peanut Butter Chews Recipe

• 2 tsp. butter
• 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
• 1 3/4 Tbsp. peanut butter
• 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 3/4 tsp. minced peanuts
• 1/3 c. all purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp. baking pwdr

1. With a mixer, beat butter, peanut butter and sugars till creamy.
2. Add in egg and minced peanuts and beat on medium speed.
3. On low speed, add in flours and baking pwdr and mix till combined.
4. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350
