Chicken Salad Cups
- 1-1/3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
- 1 head Boston lettuce, separated into leaves
- 1 Gala apple, peeled, chopped
- 1/4 cup thin red onion slices
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
- 1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- Combine chicken and barbecue sauce.
- Reserve 4 of the largest lettuce leaves.
- Coarsely chop remaining lettuce; place in medium bowl.
- Add apples, onions, nuts and dressing; mix lightly.
- Spoon apple mixture onto reserved lettuce leaves; top with chicken mixture and bacon.
