Hearty Barbeque Flavored Pork-Wrapped Chikuwa Fish Sticks

  1. Cut the chikuwa in half to make 8 pieces.
  2. Wrap each piece with the pork.
  3. Mix the ingredients together.
  4. Coat the pork wrapped chikuwa with flour.
  5. Heat some oil in a frying pan and pan fry the rolls.
  6. When browned on all sides, add the combined ingredients.
  7. Cook over high heat while coating the rolls with the sauce, and it's done.
  8. Transfer to serving plates and serve with parsley, lettuce, mizuna greens etc.
