Froggy Cream Bread

  1. Complete the recipe White Snow Mini Cream Bread Rolls until Step 5, and as seen in the photo, form small round balls like the ones on the right.
  2. The small ones will be for the eyes.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 20 minutes.
  4. After that, finished the bread as stated in the recipe.
  5. Coat the bread for the eyes with with egg whites and dust with bread flour.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.
  7. When they have cooled, cut a slit for the mouths.
  8. Combine the matcha and powdered sugar.
  9. Put into a tea strainer etc.
  10. and lightly dust the dough.
  11. If you're not using powdered sugar, be careful not to dust with too much matcha or it will become quite bitter.
  12. Melt the chocolate bar and use a toothpick to draw the eyes.
  13. Insert condensed milk cream into the frogs' mouths and they're complete.
