Froggy Cream Bread

- 1 Store Bought Chocolate Bar
- 1 Matcha
- 1 Powdered sugar
- Complete the recipe White Snow Mini Cream Bread Rolls until Step 5, and as seen in the photo, form small round balls like the ones on the right.
- The small ones will be for the eyes.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 20 minutes.
- After that, finished the bread as stated in the recipe.
- Coat the bread for the eyes with with egg whites and dust with bread flour.
- Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.
- When they have cooled, cut a slit for the mouths.
- Combine the matcha and powdered sugar.
- Put into a tea strainer etc.
- and lightly dust the dough.
- If you're not using powdered sugar, be careful not to dust with too much matcha or it will become quite bitter.
- Melt the chocolate bar and use a toothpick to draw the eyes.
- Insert condensed milk cream into the frogs' mouths and they're complete.
