LG BAKED CHEESY BREAKFAST ( CARROT AND EGGS ) MEATLESS
- 1 cup grated carrot optional
- 4 small eggs
- 2 tbsp coriander leaf or any optional
- 2 tbsp dried cranberry
- 6 tsp bolognese sauce
- 1 dash pepper and salt
- 8 small slice of lg olive oil classic loaf or any bread
- 4 slice mix of cheeder and gouda cheese or mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp fine chili powder
- SPICY BUTTER
- melt butter in pan then add fine chili powder and mix well then off heat
- BAKE IT
- layer thinly slice bread on baking pan top with grated carrot and eggs
- add cheese and coriander leaf top seasoning then add bolognese sauce and dried cranberry
- bake for 10 minute till cheese melted and egg white turn white but yolk still runny ( optional longer if prefer eggs fully set )
- serve baked cheesy breakfast (carrot and eggs )with spicy butter
