Greek Cucumber Yogurt Salad Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) container plain yogurt
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• Dash fresh grnd black pepper
• 2 med. cucumbers, peeled, seeded & diced
• 1 tbsp. fresh dill or possibly 1 1/2 teaspoon dry dill
• 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar

1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well.
2. Cover and refrigeratein refrigerator.
3. Serves 4.
