Pennsylvania Dutch Hamburg Barbecue (Sloppy Joes)
- 1 whole Onion
- 2 pounds Hamburger Meat (I Use Ground Turkey)
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Dice onion.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook onion until its soft and translucent.
- Add ground meat, and brown.
- When meat is done, add the rest of the ingredients, and cook for a few minutes more to let the flavors meld and the sauce thicken a bit.
- Serve on a burger roll of your choice.
