Sardine and Arugula Crostini

  1. Heat the oil in a small skillet and wilt the arugula, 1 minute.
  2. Sprinkle with a tiny pinch of salt.
  3. Spoon a little bit of the mustard on each mini toast.
  4. Top with arugula and a piece of sardine.
  5. Thats it!
