Shahana's Broccoli With Cashews
- 1 12 cups fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut in bitesize pieces
- 3 teaspoons cashews, coarsely chopped
- 14 teaspoon margarine
- 12 teaspoon lemon zest, finely shredded
- Steam broccoli until tender, keep warm.
- In very small skillet cook and stir cashews in hot margarine for 1 - 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from heat, and stir in lemon zest.
- Pour over broccoli and serve.
