Slow Cooker Peach Chicken
- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Sliced, No-Sugar-Added Peaches
- 1/4 cups Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, Thawed
- 1/4 cups Malt Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cloves
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 18 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- Spray the inside of your crock pot with nonstick spray and place the chicken in the pot.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the juice from the peaches, orange juice concentrate, malt vinegar, sugar, and seasonings.
- Pour over and around the chicken, adding a little water if needed.
- (I filled mine until just the tops of the chicken breasts were peeking above the liquid.)
- Add half the peaches, reserving the rest for later.
- Cook on High for 4 hours, or Low for 6-8 hours.
- Add the rest of the peaches just before serving for a mixture of soft, cooked peaches and firmer, uncooked peaches.
- If you like a thicker sauce, add some cornstarch after removing the chicken.
- Serve over white or brown rice with a side of steamed veggies.
