Chicken Fajitas of Santa Fe
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken strips
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 34 cup salsa
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- tortilla
- cheese
- tomatoes
- sour cream (etc.)
- Combine all except tortillas and toppings in plastic bag and marinate 2-24 hours.
- Cook all in a skillet over medium heat.
- Top with toppings.
