Chilli and Lime Tuna Cakes

  1. Cook potatoes until tender, drain and mash.
  2. Add tuna, spring onions, lime, sweet chilli sauce, egg and peanut butter.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Shape the mixture into 8 patties and roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Shake off any excess.
  6. Place patties on a lined tray.
  7. Spray lightly with oil.
  8. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until heated through and golden brown.
  9. Turn once during cooking.
