Italian Antipasto(Antipasto All'Italiana)

  1. Wash and dry lettuce
  2. leaves.
  3. Prepare
  4. a large platter lined with a bed of
  5. lettuce
  6. leaves.
  7. Arrange
  8. cold
  9. cuts and cheese attractively on lettuce.
  10. Garnish with pickled peppers, tomato wedges, artichoke
  11. hearts,
  12. mushrooms, olives and chick peas. Sprinkle with olive
  13. oil,
  14. oregano
  15. and vinegar.
  16. Serve with bread sticks or
  17. sliced Italian bread, if desired.
  18. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
