Seafood Fettucini Recipe
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- Parsley, minced very fine
- 1 pound cooked fettucini noodles
- 1/4-1/3 pound each fresh scallops, shrimp & crab
- Saute/fry scallops, shrimp and crab in butter with garlic on medium high heat till shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Don't over cook.
- Squeeze in lemon juice.
- Add in wine and cook at high heat for approximately 3 min.
- Add in Alfredo Sauce mix and cook at low heat for 3-5 min.
- Toss in cooked noodles and gently mix.
- Place on hot fish and top with fresh parsley.
