Minestrone Soup Recipe

  1. In a soup pan, brown bacon, onions, celery, basil and garlic.
  2. Stir in soups, water, tomato juice and tomatoes, all vegetables, Veg-all, salt and pepper.
  3. Bring to boil, add in chicken peas, macaroni and cabbage; cover and simmer 15 min.
  4. Add in zucchini and cook 10 more min.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. You can also add in spinach.
  7. You can add in any other vegetables you want.
