Telo ( Surinam/Indonesian)
- 4 large cassava
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch salt
- oil
- Peel Cassave, wash and cut fingersize pieces.
- You can boil the cassave for 10 minutes if desired.
- Rub cassave with garlic.
- In a deep pan, heat oil.
- Put pieces of cassave in oil until golden brown.
- Strain and sprinkle with salt.
