Cafe Cappuccino Mix Recipe

• 1/2 c. instant coffee
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
• 1/2 tsp dry orange peel (1 bottle)

1. Mash orange peel with a mortar and pestle.
2. Stir ingredients together.
3. Process in a blender till powdered.
4. Use 2 Tbsp.
5. for each c. of warm water.
6. Makes about 2 1/4 c. of mix.
7. NOTES : Check on servings.
